About Us

We spent years visiting beach towns all up and down the east coast and on both coasts of Florida, but immediately fell in love with Amelia the first time we came here over 20 years ago! And the feeling has never changed.

From the unbelievable, uncrowded beaches to the charming historic town and the old growth oak canopies all over the island, we’ve never found a place that offers so much or feels more like home.

So, in 2014 we finally made the full time move to Amelia from Atlanta and couldn’t be happier!  

Since our main residence here is not oceanfront, we decided to fulfill a dream and purchased a 1 bedroom condo in Amelia Surf and Racquet Club in 2017 as an oceanfront retreat for ourselves as well as family and friends and our wonderful vacationing guests!  We enjoyed it so much that we upsized to our current 2 bedroom unit in 2021 and did a major renovation that was completed in July 2021!

We treat our guests just like we want to be treated. Since we live just 2 miles from the villa, we're happy to help with anything if we can! You can book directly with us and save the Airbnb or VRBO fees, or you are welcome to book through those sites, too.

We also own a small, boutique residential real estate company, Amelia Realty Group, here on the island. So, if you have questions about the real estate scene, we're happy to fill you in and show you around!
