Minimum age of primary guest is 25. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons and the name and age of each person in the guest party to be provided prior to check in.

People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the Property.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies prepaid.

We are unable to accommodate early check ins or late check outs. Thanks for understanding.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional $200.00 cleaning fee.


There are no resort fees or parking fees and high speed internet is complimentary as well as use

Cancellation Policy for bookings of less than 3 weeks: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

· 100% if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the Check-in Date (less the 3% credit card fee)

· 50% if cancelled 29 to 14 days prior to the Check-in Date* (less the 3% credit card fee)

· The deposit will not be refunded if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date as Homeowner will not have sufficient time to re-rent. *

* But, we will make every attempt to re-book the cancelled reservation and will give the guest a refund for all nights that we are able to re-book less a 15% booking fee.



Cancellation Policy for bookings of 3 weeks or more (or special events such as Concours): If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

· 100% if cancelled 60 days or more prior to the Check-in Date (less the 3% credit card fee)

· 50% if cancelled 59 to 30 days prior to the Check-in Date * (less the 3% credit card fee)

· The deposit will not be refunded if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date as Homeowner will not have sufficient time to re-rent.*

* But, we will make every attempt to re-book the cancelled reservation and will give the guest a refund for all nights that we are able to re-book less a 15% booking fee.
